HELLO!

Lets start with HELLO.

HELLO!

Its been the longest time since I've come here. I miss posting pictures, letting my thoughts out and grumble and not forgetting complaint! haha.

So here I am again. So much have change but some things will always remain the same.

I'll start with my December 2011..

In Dec, I went KL with Des. The 6 hours coach ride was no joke. Luckily I went after my night shift. So I slept on the bus. Des must be wide awake and real bored during the journey. Haha.

The first place we went to was Times Square!



The other time we went we didn't go to the indoor amusement park. So this time we did! :) and it was so much fun!

The first ride we sat was the 360 degree ride. I don't know what its called but basically its 2 rows(or is it 4?) of seats in a rectangular frame and it will rotate left right upside down . LOL. That very first ride ended up with me getting bruises over my shoulder cause it was very vigorous. And it hurts :(

We then proceed to ride the indoor roller coaster and a few others which spins 360 degrees as well.

My most memorable ride was the spinning one which just spins in circles and it was so funny because it will tilt and I kept squashing Des every time it tilts. hahahaha. It is exactly the same ride in Taipei's xiao ren guo when I went in July with Kimmy. I kept squashing her too. LOL.



After the indoor rides we went to have dinner at the chicken rice shop. The one in KL is so much nicer that the one in SG and cheaper too!

Went to Petaling street. The other time we went KL we didn't go Petaling street. This time we went. I like the fruit stall there. The yellow mango and green mango is cheap and good.


On the 2nd day, we went to Sunway Lagoon again!

Nothing much, because we went there before.

Went to the Sunway Pyramid mall and I bought my first Inglot palette! Yay!



Had dinner at one of the streets where the whole stretch was selling seafood, satay and durains. I don't know where is that street -_-


So happy cause we ordered so much food.

On the 3rd and last day we went back to Times Square to shop for a little while.

Had krispy creme!



And I bought some home :)





That was my holiday in my December :D

On the 25th of December Des and I celebrated our 4th year anniversary! ♥
Blessed to have him in my life.

Being a nurse..

Sometimes I wonder why am I a nurse?

Did I make the wrong choice? Or its the right decision?

The reason why I became a nurse: My mom asked me too.

Reason being I will be able to look after her when she grows old.

But now when I think about it, you don't need to be a nurse to look after your old aged parents.

Even if you are a nurse, will you look after your parents when they grow old? (I will definitely) But when you are facing and taking care of old people everyday will you still have the time and energy to take care of them?

Nurses work shift, always feeling exhausted after work.

You will only understand if you are a nurse yourself.

The fatigue and exhaustion slowly taking over you after your shift ends.

Its really a terrible job. Can I use the word terrible?

Terrible for nurses working in the hospital ward setting perhaps.

You have to deal with smug doctors, demanding relatives, gross patients, your unhelpful colleagues(some), all the legal documents you have to record, not serving the wrong medication and killing your patients. The list goes on and on..

Why would anyone want to be a NURSE?

It sucks to be a nurse honestly speaking.

But... I AM A NURSE!

And I am proud of it because not everyone can be a nurse :)

You need a lot of patience, tolerance, empathy & kindness.

I admit there are days when I am NOT patient & kind.

I get irritable and frustrated, but I am trying my best.

Don't give up Clara Vanessa Huang!

I am thankful for those patients who are extremely nice and thoughtful.
Thankful for those doctors who are kind and polite.
Thankful for those wonderful colleagues.
Thankful for those understanding relatives.

Its not all that bad after all.


As what my previous post says:

People even more than things have to be restored, renewed, revived, reclaimed, and redeemed and redeemed and redeemed.
Never throw out anybody."

How can you go through life without caring? Unless you don't have a conscious.

I am blessed in many ways that I could ever imagine.

And yea, BB called from US yesterday! :) like finally, been waiting for his call for weeks now.
He will be back next year mid January.
Can't wait for him to be back to give me my presents. Lol.
I want my covergirl lip stains!
He also bought me something he refused to say.
But I forced it out of him. Lol.
BB got me a juicy couture wallet!!

I haven't buy him any present yet =P

For the gift exchange for the ward party, I got a Anna Sui liquid eyeliner from Pris. Happy with my gift :) I got a waterproof film type camera for my colleague.

I also receive pressies from my colleagues not from the gift exchange.
Small but meaningful.
I haven't got them anything yet :(

BFF is in BKK now. Can't wait to see what she bought for me.
BKK hauls! :))

Short hair.

The last time I had short hair was 11?

What made me decided to cut my hair? I wanted to show BB how I would look with short hair before he sails away.

Yup, that was my reason.

BB says he likes girls with short hair. Haha.

Now, I have short hair. That would make him like me more!

But I can only get to see him once in every 49 days :(

I finally got to see him on the 13th this month when he sailed back for ONE day only.

I really hate to see you go.. :'(

Looking forward to see you soon.

Each passing day gives me strength & courage because I am nearer to being with you.














And yea, I had lasiks done! One of the best choices I've made!
